As a resident of Rotterdam, I'm happy to share my enthusiasm for this spectacular city on the Meuse River. I moved here from Austria nine years ago and speak German, English, and Dutch. With my experience from numerous lectures, a cultural studies program, and my personal interest, I'd like to share my insights into Rotterdam with you!
Jessica didn’t turn up for today’s walk. She didn’t bother to let us or the other guests who turned up and waited for her know that she had decided to cancel the tour.
Very disappointed - no show from Jessica and another couple were waiting. Initially booked with another guide but they cancelled the tour a few weeks previous so we rebooked with Jessica. Very disappointing. Have booked several Guru walks over the years and this is the 1st time the guide has not been there. Did email Jessica but no reply received.
We were disappointed to find out that Jessica cancelled our 10:00 am walking tour.
Jessica cancelled The Guru Walk the night before the tour was to begin in Rotterdam, with no substitute or alternate guide as an option. Apparently she didn’t feel well. This is the 2nd time that we have had a Guru cancel just before the tour. I likely won’t relay on Guru Walks any longer for city visits. Better to book with a more reliable company.
