I have been traveling for more than a decade, and have taken many tours, both paid and tip-based. Just today, I went on a day trip to Luxembourg on a bus, and the tour guide was horrible, just rattling off information as fast as possible. However, this particular tour by Shadnam ranks right up there with the very best. Yes, this is a RAVE REVIEW. Shadnam is not a native English speaker, but her English is impeccable, clearly enunciated, her sentences begin and end with the right cadence. This means…she is so easy to understand! Moreover, she has a great personality, and she is passionate about giving her guests an excellent tour and sharing fascinating tidbits both big and small. She even brought an extra umbrella in case of an unprepared guest (but please do not be unprepared). It rained on our tour day but the tour made it feel like a perfect balmy day. Thank you, Shadnam! More guides should be more like you.
