Andre was an exceptional tour guide. We have taken several of these tours in many countries and we feel this one was the best. So good we took the afternoon tour he offered. His knowledge of the history of Portugal, his passion for his country made our day so interesting and enjoyable, Thanks Andre!!
I had never been in such a large walking tour group but Daniel handled it very well. His voice is clear and it carries well.
Jackson gave us a very good overview of The history of Argentina and the history of Buenos Aires. He included enough humour in the telling that it made the morning fly by. He pointed out many sites of Buenos Aires and their importance to the city and culture. Would recommend this tour to anyone wishing to learn of the origins and history of this country.
We met Thomas at assigned time and he informed us we were the only two persons to sign up and he usually has a rule a minimum of three people. This was the only day we were able to take this tour. Thomas agreed to take us on the tour. We certainly had our own personal tour guide and he was excellent. We had arrived two days earlier so had lots of questions and he was able to answer them. A history enthusiast, he was able to give us so much knowledge of the Azores, Porta Delgada and the Portuguese people. Gave us hints about good restaurants and ideas of things to see and do. Highly recommend the tour.
Jewles, born in Costa Rica, raised in USA, returned to Costa Rica. His English is excellent, so informative about Costa Rica’s History and his trivia is so interesting and entertaining. We’ve taken lots of walking tours and this was one of the best. He was so caring seeing that we got a taxi and kept safe. Highly recommend, you will get a lovely feel of San Jose.
