Sang didnt show up. This is the 2nd guruwalk in a row where the guru didn't show up and didnt message me. I have done many guruwalks all over the world but wasting 2 days of my vacation because a guru doesn't show up,and didn't notify me, seems acceptable and unprofessional. I'm not sure that I will continue to use your services.

Magdalena was great! We enjoyed the tour. She was very personable and friendly. She gave us great information about the city and the history. She was very helpful giving us information about stores and restaurants etc., that we could visit after the tour. Thanks for a great introduction to Buenos Aires!

The tour guide didn't show up. We waited for 30 minutes. There were many of us waiting for him but Pedro didn't show up. Very disappointing. I am only in the city for a couple of days and I waisted a half a day waiting for this tour guide. I could have booked another tour instead. If the guides can't make a tour they should contact the partipants.

We have received your review and would like to offer our most sincere apologies for what happened. Since we first published in February 2024, a guide of ours has never missed a scheduled tour. We always take our work with great responsibility. Unfortunately, during the month of January and the first days of February 2025 we experienced a series of inconveniences that prevented us from accessing the app and as a result it was impossible for us to access booking information, contact people with prior reservations or modify the tour calendar. Added to this was the circumstance that the number of guides available in our work team was reduced, because some of us traveled during that period and were not in Buenos Aires. This had the consequence that many tours could not take place and we had no way to notify the affected people. These problems have now been resolved and we were able to regularize the operation of the tours, but unfortunately we were not able to do so in time to avoid affecting anyone who had booked the tour, as should have happened. Finally, although we know that nothing we say can compensate for the inconvenience caused, we respond to your review because it is up to us to at least give an explanation of what happened and tell you that we feel terribly sorry for having affected your plans in Buenos Aires.
