Deniz was a wonderful guide for our tour through Bologna. She gave us a great overview and interesting insights to the city, and a list of many (excellent) hand-written tips for food/drinks etc. She was very engaged, and shared lots of information. She even did the tour with only us two attending which made it even more personal!
