Dear Stephanie. We're sorry the tour didn't take place. We never know how many people we'll have before hand as there are always people coming with or without reservation, therefore we can't inform anybody. We'll always be there for the tour, and we'll do it for as long as we have a bare minimum of 5 people. I'm sure you know how a "Free" Tour works, and we need a bare minimum of people for it to be worth it. You can't expect (nor demand) the same benefits and guarantees from a free service than from a paid tour. Please keep this in mind in the future to avoid dissapointments. Cádiz is a beautiful city with lots of things to see so I hope you enjoyed your time here regardless
