Zakaria gave us a wonderful tour of Fez. He showed us the Medina, which is a labyrinth of 9600 narrow alleys and streets. We went into Mosques, Tanneries, Herbal shops, Ryads, as well as passing so many little businesses selling their wares. The tour showed us how people have lived as a community for a thousand years, and we're so grateful that Zakaria was able to show us this hidden world
Fadi was a really great guide. We were fortunate to only have 4 people on the tour, so it was very easy to move through the city, seeing all the sights and getting the history and feel of the city. Fadi grew up in Tangier, and he is absolutely passionate about sharing his knowledge of the city with his group. Fadi even bought us samples of local pastries, which were delicious. Without Fadi's tour, we would never have had an appreciation of this very interesting city.
We loved the tour of Evora. We came in 2005 but didn't do a tour then. It's amazing how much more we appreciate a city, when we've been on a city tour. Eliza was great, informative and very nice
Antonio gave us a great tour of the city. He spoke great English and was extremely knowledgeable about Aveiro.
