The guide cancelled the tour without telling us. Wasted a day of our trip then received a notification to leave a review for the tour. This is completely unprofessional and I won’t be using this guide app any more if this is the standard of people here. Do not trust booking with this guide, he obviously has no respect for other people.
Ilya was great! As an expat he really ingrained himself into the community and knew a lot about the culture and hip spots. He also supports locals, which I appreciated.
We were waiting for him at the meeting point for 15 minutes and he did not show up, when I wrote him by whatsapp he told me that he had had a problem with the car and could not come. He did not warn us in time of the problem he had had.
