Creo que es un muy buen tour para aprender sobre el antes y después de la reconstrucción de Rotterdam. Es un Tour con información general, se visitan edificios que están a walking distance entre sí, pero no es un tour específico de arquitectura.

Please let us know in private messages what you mean by not feeling like it was a tour about architecture. Regarding traveling to more spots by public transport - it is a walking tour so the purpose of the tour is to explore the city by walking.
