Matias realmente creo q hablas sin argumentos suficientes xq desde el início el tour te quedabas atrás con tu pareja. Y decidieron irse a la segunda estación cuando solo habian pasado 15min del tour, estávamos en la 2nd estación. Me hicieron 2 preguntas 1 sobre el diametro de un reloj q no es en Zurich x lo cual no sabia xq nunca he estado en ese lugar y con sinceridad respondi.. no se, pero déjame consultar y de inmediato busque la información y te respondi.. luego me perguntaste x una cúpula que estaba a la distancia y la verdad no la reconoci en ese momento.. Sinceramente creo q el critério para este comentário lo podrias dar si hubieses echo el tour completo por lo cual esto no es motivo para que digas que no fue un tour preparado y sin conocimiento.

Sad ! Lorena wanted a confirmation an hour before the walk ( I can’t imagine being hooked on the phone when in a new country ) : it would have been nice to have been notified at least the morning of the walk : ( most guru guides do that - including the guide from today morning ) Super disappointing and unprofessional 😟

Manasi I’m sorry for your experience but actually I Was trying to contact you since the morning by WhatsApp and here in the app, however I didn’t got any answer.. is very important for me to received the confirmation with priority specially if you are the only guess, hope you understand that I do this is volunteer and just to go to there takes me 45min from my home, that’s why if at least 1hr before the tour I don’t receive confirmation of anyone I cancel The tour Thanks for you understanding
