Booking and communication was above standard. Aleesa took us on a great route and a great pace. Aleesa was knowledgeable, communicated well and showed a love for her city. The tour felt personal vs other tour groups with leaders on loud microphones. We would book again.
We booked 3 hours prior to the tour, the tour guide did not show up.
