We're sorry to hear of your experience you had with us and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Having checked with my colleagues the address written for the start of the tour was exactly as you received and the guide has assured me he was there at the meeting point at the required time. In fact, according to our check in details one of our clients was checked in at 21.05 and the rest at around 21.00. We find it difficult to believe that there was no one there at agreed time for the start of the tour and we also have a photo of the people on that tour, so we have a record of the tour going ahead.
With all this in mind, we're sorry you couldn't make it on the tour and we believe there must have been a missing between you and us. Should you wish us to pass on the information to confirm our presence at the meeting point at the agreed time I am more than happy to pass that out to you.
As a small company we rely heavily on our making our presence know to our clients so we can have sufficient people on the tours for our guides and that if we need to cancel a tour we contact our clients that the cancellation will take place.
