I'm currently a certified Tour Guide focused on researching Sustainable Urban Tourism. It consists of collective work between tourists, local people and of course the tour guide. I'm actually executing a project related as a tourist proposal that involves the community and tourists into an experience of horizontal exchange around the environment, urban history, local culture and heritage. My background as Executive Chef has taught me to research work resources, BPA standards, existing inventories, how to identify people's profiles, what do they expect about an unforgetable service experience, develop solutions and later on find out a niche market. I'm fortunately ready to compete in an entrepreneur work team that places the user experience on its main goal.
