We waited for 30 minutes and our guide was a no show. We paid $20 for a taxi to bring us to the meeting point and when I reached out to the guide he said he did not see the reservation and that he was in Havana! We have a confirmation email for the reservation so we suspect he did not see it. Not very good and disappointed.
We really liked the tour. It has been very fun and interesting to learn about Cuban history, culture and gastronomy in Matanzas. Yosdany was very punctual and professional. He provided us with a lot of information. The architecture of the city and the charisma and friendliness of the people fascinated us. Our boy had a lot of fun. Thank you very much for making this time with you so pleasant. I recommend it 100%
