It appears that your dissatisfaction stems from the inadequate discussion of certain sights during the tour. Additionally, it seems that the mention of Harry Potter exceeded your preferences, for which we regret. Our standard practice dictates that our guides should only discuss Harry Potter at the Lello Library stop, as this is the sole location on the tour where such discussion is relevant. This is due to the library's connections with the city and its inclusion in the description of the 2-and-a-half-hour tour.
We have made multiple attempts to reach out to you privately to get a better understanding about this issues, but unfortunately, they have been unsuccessful.
We acknowledge that not every guide's style can cater to everyone's preferences; however, awarding a 1-star review to a tour guide with 7-8 years of experience seems disproportionately low and unjust, unless there were instances of misconduct by the tour guide. As far as we are concerned you were not subjected to any rudeness, unprofessionalism, or misconduct by the tour guide or any member of the group during the tour.
In fact, upon discussing this matter with Pedro, the tour guide, he mentioned that you departed after the visit to the bookshop without informing him or settling the payment for the tour. If this is the case, it implies that you only completed 3 stops, rendering this review rather unfair.
