I waited for 1 hour at the meeting point, sent a email to the guide who never answered. I never received an email from my guide. I am very disappointed about the whole experience.
Wango was a really nice guide, it was very easy to talk to her and have an interesting conversation. She shows us a local spot at a mountain, where you have a great view over the West Lake.
Fantastic tour! Wango was very friendly and takes you on a unique hiking trial to the peak to see the West Lake. Although a bit tiring, you can rest along the way and the view is worth the effort. After hiking, Wango takes you for a walk along the West Lake, a great spot to take pictures. Wango also gave suggestions on what to do after the tour. Overall, I recommend doing this activity!
