Hello, my name is Jakov. I'm a licensed tourist guide and a nature freak.
As I have been born and raised in Split, I am familiar with the local tradition and customs, and there is no greater joy than to share the knowledge about my country with other people, and learn something about theirs, as well.
I'm also a passionate traveler, and I am on a mission to promote my beautiful country throughout the world.
The walking tour through the Roman walls of Split was interesting and paced well. Kristina has a wealth of knowledge and eagerly shared it with us.

Our guide didn’t show up, didn’t tell us he wasn’t coming, and grouped us with other tours without letting us know, leaving us confused and with a much larger group than we were expecting based on number of registered guests. We chose our tour in large part because of the guide’s bio, so not having him show up, or tell us he wasn’t coming was really disappointing. The tour group was too big to hear the guide, and it felt like they commonly combined tours and switched guides without letting the walkers know
