Nos llevamos una muy buena idea de la historia de la revolución desde sus antecedentes hasta la actualidad. ¡Muy muy recomendado si quieres nutrir tu viaje de historia y contexto, entender Cuba en unos días es muy complejo, pero sin duda esta experiencia nos dio un punto de partida muy sólido e interesante!

Jorge was really great by making our group conect from the beginning by asking easy question "what did you knew about Cuba before coming here?". From different answers started a dynamic conversations and Jorge presented a lot of historic facts. I warmly recommend this tour with Jorge!

An Italian, a Mexican and a Canadian sign up for a Guru walking tour of Old Havana. We were not disappointed. Our guide, Jorge was professional and entertaining. The best part was that he was very flexible and deviated any time we asked about life in Cuba. Bodegas and ration booklets were not part of the official tour. But when we asked, he accommodated. He should be promoted to Minister of State Tourism or at the very least have his own You Tube channel. He clearly made my trip. Gracia Jorge.

We loved the tour! Laura was very informative and answered all the questions we had about the revolucion and the present situation in Cuba (and we had many!). She spent more time than expected due to that 😊 We really thank her for the amazing time!

My tour with Jay & his driver was wonderful, to meeting a friendly face at the airport on October 8th, 2025 (I booked the airport pickup, convertible car), Jay's- an approachable, funny, sincere, down to earth gentleman. I had not expectations, of the island, what I would see, experience or how my tour would go. I felt comfortable from the time of meeting, even in communications months before arriving on the island- that's very important to me being a UK solo, lady traveller. I was informed of the tour schedule the day before- in my book, that's very well-organised. My tour was on the 9th October 2025, my guides were very punctual, in pickup & drop off times, being driven around for 2 hours seeing the island's beauty was a blessings, yes it has it's broken parts but where in the world doesn't. Food is a bit lackluster to my tastebuds. Jay's knowledge is large, has a large quality in enthusiasm & professionalism in his desire to share the history & current functioning of Cuba that was something that I was in awe of. My tour was lovely, lasted 2hrs, I leant much more than I ever expected - as you would just by watching Youtube at home. Go see Jay, I recommend him, maybe try negotiating prices if you can, he's on Whatsapp +535 264 7935, he's prompt in responding and can- organise, recommend - great places to eat, drink, see, visit, etc, etc. Cuba is a forbidden fruit to maybe (some countries), it's a very charming people friendly place to visit. It was my pleasure to be there, able to support the local's of this lovely land called Cuba.

Jorge gave us a fantastic tour with lots of insight to the local history and personal experience of life in Havana. Having done many GuruWalk tours in other countries, we would highly recommend a tour with Jorge for an authentic tour of Havana Old Town.

I went on Ali's Havana Nightlife tour during which we visited 3 bars. Ali was fun, open to lots of questions and very informative. Ali outlined the uniqueness of each bar with it's signature cocktail. A nice way to spend an evening. Highly recommend.

Pepe was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Pepe presented centuries of conflict and revolution in a very concise and easy to follow way. This was made more interesting by walking through areas relevant and connected to her talk. Pepe was happy to answer my many questions and I came away having learnt so much. Highly recommend!
