We had an amazing tour of the imperial city with Andrew. He made the tour very fun and answered our many many questions! The tour was engaging, informative but relaxed and fun! Highly recommend Andrew he is extremely knowledgeable and friendly !

It was great. Andrew is an excellent guide. We did the tour despite the rain and it absolutely worths it. We really enjoyed it and we can only recommend it to anyone that wants to learn more about the history and culture.

I thought Andrew was incredibly professional! Could answer any possible question we had and had a crystal clear English vocabulary! 11/10 guide experience, wouldn’t miss it :)

After confusion about the meeting point everything went brilliantly. The confusion was that the drop pin location is right in front of the entrance where you buy tickets, although I only found out later for the tickets were for the audio guide only. The meeting point was a ticket booth that said Tour guide bookings. It was a shame we all rushed away without even a "team" photo due to a very heavy rain down pour, which made us run for taxis! 😆 But thank you Thanh, for your time and energy. Well recommend and would go again! 🇻🇳

We had the pleasure of spending our day with Bao. A knowledgable tour guide who was just easy to chat to as we spent the day within the walls of the citadel. He gave us a through tour, sharing public perspectives at the time with the historical context and didn’t shy away from any question we pestered him with. Excellent communication from the point of booking. Faultless, can’t recommend enough!
