Linh was fantastic. I already expected good quality and he exceeded that. He came prepared with a small speaker and mic, had lots of information to share, broke up the tour in small chunks with time for us to explore and take pictures, and most importantly, he felt the atmosphere of the group, adjusted yhe tour accordingly, and bonded with them. All five of us were at different levels of what we wanted from the tour and he was able to connect on a common ground in terms of energy level, humour level, information level, and great social skills to make room for everyone. We even talked about modern Vietnamese politics and swapped personal stories which made it more like hanging out with a friend. Would absolutely recommend. One of my friends said, "Linh might be in the top 3 guys of Vietnam" and we're still talking about him now while reflecting on our trip. You're awesome, Linh! Keep doing your thing. Hopefully catch you again sometime.

The best tour if you truly want to understand Hue Imperial City! I’ve joined many city tours and historical tours in Vietnam, but this was honestly one of the most impressive and meaningful history tours I’ve ever experienced. What made this tour truly special was the guide himself — a local from Hue with excellent and very easy-to-understand English. He explained everything naturally and passionately, with deep knowledge about the Nguyen Dynasty, royal culture, and the hidden stories inside the Imperial City. It never felt like a dry history lecture or memorized script like many other tours. The biggest difference is that this guide takes you through the Imperial City in a much more complete and immersive way. He carefully explains each area, each emperor, court rituals, royal life, architecture, and even the hidden details that most visitors completely miss. Normally, many big travel companies or even some official guides inside the heritage site only bring tourists to a few symbolic spots for quick explanations and photos before finishing the tour. But this experience was completely different — you genuinely feel transported into the world of Vietnam’s last dynasty. Some highlights that deeply impressed me: ✨ Thai Hoa Palace — hearing stories about royal ceremonies and imperial power beneath the golden dragons was unforgettable. ✨ The Forbidden Purple City — it truly felt like stepping into a hidden royal world. ✨ The To Mieu Temples and Nine Dynastic Urns — full of fascinating historical meaning that most tourists would never fully understand without a knowledgeable guide. ✨ Kien Trung Palace — an incredible blend of Asian and European architecture with emotional stories from the final days of the dynasty. ✨ The Royal Theater — learning about Hue royal music made the entire experience feel alive. I especially loved the storytelling style of the guide. He didn’t just explain history — he made you feel connected to it, almost like traveling back in time. My honest advice to anyone visiting Hue: 👉 If you visit the Imperial City alone or join a normal tourist tour, you will only “see” the citadel. 👉 But if you join this tour, you will truly “understand” the citadel. This was not just a walking tour — it was a deep cultural and historical experience that I will remember for a very long time. Super lovely tour!! Vy speaks great English has a charming personality and very very knowledgeable about the city! She not only speaks about the Imperial city but also about Vietnamese culture and people. The tour was well paced and not overwhelming for a hot day. I highly recommend for everyone!!

La guida era molto preparata

Our guide was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting facts about the Imperial City. She took care of us during the afternoon heat, offered advice for food and coffee places to visit after the tour and was curious about where the participants were from and what they had planned for their visits. Another plus was the small group size so we were able to move more quickly and understand her words in a more intimate setting than in a bigger group. Thanks for this, it was absolutely worth it!

We had a wonderful tour with Huy from Hue ;) He shared a lot of information about the Imperial City and it was great to explore it with him. Without tour, I believe that a visit to the Imperial City will feel overwhelming. Huy shared great information about the royal family, traditions and the repetition of the number 5 and 3. Really recommend it!!
