We had such a wonderful city walk experience! Our guide was amazing — his explanations were clear, engaging, and full of interesting little stories that really brought the old town to life. He was incredibly patient, answering all our questions with a smile, no matter how small or detailed. One of the highlights was how he took us off the main streets to discover hidden spots we would have never found on our own — truly special moments. Plus, he was so thoughtful, always offering to help take photos for us, making sure everyone had beautiful memories to take home. It felt less like a tour and more like exploring the city with a knowledgeable and caring friend. Highly recommended!

It was a great city tour!

Good intro to local cuisine..most time spent in local restaurant. Food and customs explained by guide. Tried lots of different dishes that you may not have tried otherwise..would have been good to have gone to a couple more places and tried more dessert than just baklava.

Gani is very knowledgeable and we really liked the way he narrated the history and stories of Baku.

Emin is an amazing tourist guide. He is full of passion for azerbaijan and has a dry sense of humour which everyone would enjoy. He clicks amazing pictures and walks you like a king in the jungle

V interesting tour of Baku at night. Knowledgeable..Gave useful facts..took us to the best spots to get photos .have never met a guide who went out of his way to take the best photos.of you and the sights as if the photos were of himself..I really appreciated this as I love my photography. Would recommend this tour

Gani is very informed guru. He shared many valuable insights into the history and culture of Baku. He showed us the most important places in Old Baku.

A very good guided tour. The guide and participants were punctual. The tour lasted about 3 hours. We followed a route through the old city, inside the walls. Participants from various countries. We were 2 adults and a teenager. We are from Romania. The route was very well chosen, with interesting objectives. The guide provided a lot of interesting, useful information, and answered all the questions well. The level of English was very good! I understood that he is a history graduate, but also passionate. Very professional. Very involved. Very attentive and protective. I would like a guide like this every time. I want to thank him for this route and recommend him. We left a sum of money because it was really worth it. Other tourists did the same. However, some tourists did not pay anything. It is the first time I have used a guide through Guru Walk. I recommend the application, this tour and especially the guide. I also have a suggestion for the guide: to display his name. I didn't remember the name well, although I would have liked to mention it here.

We really liked the walk and everything Emin showed us. He talked about the history of Baku and why baku looks the way it does. Loved the view from the top. Highly recommended for everyone who wants to see the city after sunset

Gani (guide) is very knowledgeable and the tour really felt like a local sharing about his city and culture. Also his explanations were detailed and insightful (Not just: "Look at this skyline"-sort of commentary). He also answered patiently all our questions and it felt like a real exchange. I highly recommend it.

The tour was nice, informative and relaxed, the guide was keeping the borders and stayed professional. Also I got known about some museums in the city which are not deserve my attention and it saved my time and money
