It’s been a nice tour with Stefan. Probably it’s not an experience for everybody, in the sense that it is very loaded with historical facts and explanations, but being a history freak myself I enjoyed. The second part of the tour is more dynamic and lighter and the ending spot is wonderful, so it has a bit of everything.

It may be too long tour for some and in November it is very cold.
However none of the above were an issue for me!

Stefan was a great guide who expressed a lot of knowledge and enthusiasm throughout the tour. Even though it was very cold, Stefan’s charisma really brightened the whole experience up. If you are expecting to take a tour around winter, we would advise taking more layers as it’s very chilly, especially when we stop to listen to the guide. Thanks again Stefan! :)

Alex was super- such a funny and engaging tour guide. Laughed a lot and loved his visual cues to help explain the culture and history. His food tips were fantastic.
He left us wanting to learn more about Romanian communist history - this tour is perfect for those wanting an introduction. History buffs might have wanted more.
Highly recommend!
