Firenze Free Tour - Guida turistica a Firenze

Hi we do not absolutely agree with you . Everyday happens something: no people book the tour, other people suddenly cancel , booking composed only a person , a guide can get suddenly get sick , the rail suddenly strike ( it happens very often ) and many other reasons and ground . Because of these reasons we are forced to postpone the tour despite ourselves . It is not very pleasant to do it , but the majority of the people understand it and has a big patience and comprehension but not you . Because of we reject totally your review without foundation.

Il tour è stato condotto in modo autorevole , fluido in tutte le sue sfaccettature, ogni personaggio spiegato nel modo dovuto .E’ probabile che voi lo avete percepito in modo diverso e non nelle sue dimensioni .Avrebbe meritato molto di più nelle stelle . Hi we understand your complaints and “ anger” because your kids were a little bit excluded because we didn’t have enough headsets , but 3 adults joined the group at the last moment.But you have to think that we rent the headsets 24 hours before the start of the tour and when we begin the tour we cannot rent other ones .Sometimes it is very difficult to satisfy every request and somebody could be excluded.This is not our fault and some troubles can happen . But the quality of the tour was high and of great level . Anyway we cannot accept your review because you didn’t understand the trouble of our guide . Next time think about it
