Sergio was really informative and told us a lot about the history of Lucca. He is obviously passionate about Tuscan history and had loads of funny anecdotes which made the group chuckle. I'm very glad I did the tour!
The guide was knowledgeable and quirky. Hello gave plenty of relevant facts and some extraneous information. On the whole the tour was entertaining and informative
When GuruWalk changes the date from one day to the next, and we are not even in the country anymore, why should I cancel? It is they who should have cancelled. We were left with no tour, and in addition, having to feel bad because they said "we cannot cancel the tour". This sounds like a way of avoiding to get the blame..... This was 100 % fault of the company (or guide), not my fault.
È stato un tour interessante, che ci ha permesso di cogliere dettagli della città su cui non ci saremmo mai soffermati. Abbiamo potuto apprezzare luoghi con uno sguardo nuovo, scoprendone anche la storia.
