Paolo enthusiastically guided us around the sites of the old parts of Panama City, as well as the markets. She is passionate about Panama and its history. She ensured we were safe as she guided us through the traffic and across varying pavements, often checking that we were coping with the heat and humidity, which we were. Definitely recommended for those wanting to get closer to the true life of Panama City.

Es un buen tour, si no te da miedo de pronto andar en bicicleta entre autos. Me gusto porque son largas distancias que uno visita y varios lugares
It is a really nice tour if you want to experience a little more of panama city besides the historic quarter. The bikes are in good condition. Mib was an excellent guide, lots of interesting facts and good recomendations :)
