El paseo en bicicleta estuvo genial, el recorrido y las vistas fueron muy bien. Pero sinceramente esto fue lo único de valor del tour, el guía no aportó mucho (daba muy poca información y con dudas, además que llegó tarde al punto de quedada).
Ich war vor Ort, auch ein Guide. Da sonst niemand kam, fand die Tour nicht statt. Hätte sie stattgefunden, hätten sie Teilnehmer einen Mindestbetrag bezahlen müssen, was ich so nicht kenne und mich irritiert hat.

This tour was nothing short of amazing, allowing us to discover far more than we could on foot, including the rich history and culture of Casco Viejo and its neighboring area, Santa Ana. Jonathan is an absolute gem—his extensive knowledge of the area's history, culture, and traditions added depth to our experience as he expertly guided us through the streets. I felt completely safe throughout the ride. A delightful surprise was enjoying a natural snow cone (known locally as a raspado) that Jonathan treated us to along the way. He even took the time to find a bathroom at a local restaurant when I needed one, showcasing his connections in the area and his expertise in local dining options. In fact, he hosts a street gastronomy tour on Saturdays that I wish I had known about when I booked my trip! Throughout the tour, Jonathan pointed out many fascinating places to check out later, ensuring we got the most out of our experience. Although we missed visiting the fish market because it was closed, I didn't feel like I missed out at all—his tour was comprehensive and satisfying. My favorite part? Venturing into Santa Ana, where Jonathan grew up. His familiarity with the area made us feel secure as we observed the striking contrasts between the more affluent neighborhoods and the dilapidated wooden houses just blocks away. It was a poignant glimpse into the everyday lives of many Panamanians. A friend had recommended this tour to me, and now I'm enthusiastically passing that recommendation on to you! As someone who frequently takes bike tours while traveling, I found Jonathan's tour to be a fantastic value for the $40 price. Don't miss out on this incredible experience!
Jonathan was a friendly guide with some interesting information and a well organised radio system so we could hear him speak while biking. However sometimes it was difficult to hear through the radio and it was very hard to ask questions as we went. I think the bike tour is a good idea but we didn't travel very far or fast so the same route could have easily been done on foot in the same time. It would have been nice to cover more ground with the bikes. But we enjoyed tasting different food and drinks at the market.
