First time we have done a cycling tour and very impressed We could hear clearly from a long distance away Saw far more than we would have done by walking and Dani was giving information all the time Plenty of photos stops and the markets meant we could grab drinks and food Would highly recommended
very interesting ride, off the top places, through rather rough area. 4 stars because it lasted hour less than expected. but generally I can highly recommend

I had been looking forward to visiting Panama City, but this tour and especially the guide ruined it for me. I booked the canal tour but because I was the only one I was asked to participate in the city & local markets tour. I agreed as it was last minute and didn't really have time to look for another tour. Unfortunately, the tour left a bitter taste in my mouth. The tour was supposed to be old city and local markets. But the markets close early in the afternoon, so there was no local market visit. Not sure why it's advertised for the afternoon tour if it's clear the markets will be closed. Jhonatan didn't seem very friendly at the start, felt like he didn't want to do the tour. The microphones and earphones were a good idea, but I wish the guide wasn't chewing on something the whole time, which was magnified through the mic and all I could hear in my ear was his chewing. There was really no time to take photos, the bike ($15) has seen its day, brakes not the best and the chain kept falling off. I didn't feel the tour was worth anything, but the guide stands there at the end basically with his hand out, waiting for tips. Felt very forceful and uncomfortable. I've done a few 'free' walking/cycling tours and am happy to appraise the guides, even happier to give them extra tip if I enjoy the tour, which has happened. At the same time, I shouldn't feel forced into giving at least $10 if I was bored and disappointed, which was the case with this tour. Beware, this tour is also available on paid platforms
