Thank you Juan ,it was a very nice tour! Our guru had the knowledge ,the way and the manner needed!
The guide was excellent but the pre-tour organization was terrible. Although we were confirmed 2 weeks ahead for a 10:00 a.m. tour I subsequently received an email which suggested the tour would start at 11:00. Despite me sending 3 messages back to the company several days prior to the event to obtain a confirmation of the correct time, I did not hear anything back until the morning of the tour which also was confusing as it suggested a 12:00 start time. We had to change several of our other plans for that day in order to accommodate this lack of clarity in tour start time. I would not book with this company again due to the poor organization.
Our guide was good, but the group size was way too big. This made it difficult to move from place to place, and also made it hard to hear or interact with the guide. Also, I messaged the company three times in the two weeks before before the tour asking one question, and got no response. Having been on a few Guruwalks in other cities, I would suggest booking a different tour if you are you are looking for an interactive tour where you can ask questions and get a good insight into the city.
