The guru was good and thorough.
Juan was a nice and kind guy, he also entertained us with some fun facts, which made the tour pleasant.

The guide was excellent but the pre-tour organization was terrible. Although we were confirmed 2 weeks ahead for a 10:00 a.m. tour I subsequently received an email which suggested the tour would start at 11:00. Despite me sending 3 messages back to the company several days prior to the event to obtain a confirmation of the correct time, I did not hear anything back until the morning of the tour which also was confusing as it suggested a 12:00 start time. We had to change several of our other plans for that day in order to accommodate this lack of clarity in tour start time. I would not book with this company again due to the poor organization.
