I signed up for the tour, received confirmations and arrived on time but no guide was there. I called two numbers provided to no avail and the emails to get help were unanswered. Don’t book this tour!
The beginning point of the visit may seem to be located in a somewhat preocupying or unsafe area but once you find their art-shop/ travel agency ( Krugerstreet 20 ) you are in good hands.
Solid tour. It was just myself, the guide, and one of the staff members. We walked all through downtown Johannesburg, exactly what I was looking for. One thing I didn't love was that at the start I was brought into a few shops, the pressure being to buy something. Otherwise very solid, would recommend to anyone that would like to walk around downtown.
I really enjoy the tour! It was a stunning walk and you can feel the real lifestyle in Johannesburg center. Freedom, the guide, was very funny and kind to show us a lot of different and interesting places, graffiti and architect of the city . I really appreciate The Honest group Experience for their services.
