It is an easy and interesting walk to get an overview of the CBD, and a brief introduction to the history and politics of the country.
Wir hatten unsere Tour mit Daniel. Leider hat sie oftmals nur auf Nachfrage zu gewisse Themen geäußert. Der Weg zwischen den zu besuchenden Orten wurde nicht genutzt, um uns Nairobi und seine Merkmale näher zu bringen, sondern es wurde kaum geredet. Hingegen wurden wir auf einen Touristen-Markt geführt und dort dazu ermutigt, etwas zu kaufen. Zudem ging die Tour, wahrscheinlich auch aufgrund des geringen Informationensgehaltes nur 1h15.
Our tour guide, Ibrahim, was very friendly and open to questions - he even accompanied us to the KICC after the planned itinerary. However, the tour itself could've taken way less time if delivered efficiently - Ibrahim encouraged people to do their souvenir shopping DURING the tour, which meant that half the group had to just wait in the corner for 40 minutes (with most worrying if they're going to make it on time to their other commitments). The tour covered more recent events and culture rather than history, which I personally enjoyed, but some people felt it could've included more of the latter.
