The quality of the sound through the provided headphones was really bad. We did a nice walk and was useful to discover a bit Toledo, but the explanation was hard to follow and there was very low interaction with the participants. It can be definitely improved. Besides, a bit shameless to ask for a 5 stars review…I understand the rating is important, but one should feel free to express an honest opinion otherwise these ratings would be of no use.
