Risposta di Lorena:
Thanks for the review. Is funny that even being a tour in English you write the review in Spanish. Here is the answer to your points:
1. Low level of English. Is sad that even though you were born and live in the city, you don’t understand the Spanish-Basque environment.
Those who really want to know the history and the culture around the city, ask questions above any language accent or low level, and engage in the trial.
Because it was really annoying, hearing your voice every time on my back, asking myself at that time, what was my duty there.
2. Interesting places. I show all the interesting places around the old city. So, I do not understand what you are calling “interesting”. Maybe for the next time, we can enter the kids' playground?
3. Be impartial. I love to ask questions. Makes the tour more dynamic. On for one hand gives me people knowledge about the city and adapts to what I am saying, allowing participation, and in this case, I try to redirect their attention, because that is also a good tool.
To finish, reviews are always to learn and improving (something that I don’t do with this).
Even that, thanks for writing.
