Hemos empatizado con ella y me ha dado una visión de la ciudad y de ser guía, diferente a todo lo que habia visto hasta ahora.

First of all, I was surprised Lorena pushed through with the tour even if I was the only one who signed up. Normally, other guides would just cancel if there are no other participants.
Secondly, she answered all my questions about the city thoroughly. She shared interesting insights.
Finally, as a remembrance, she gave me a magnet and post card of Vitoria Gasteiz which was a first for me. I have never received anything from a free tour guide. So thoughtful of her.
She really enjoys showcasing Vitoria Gasteiz to visitors like me.

She was very knowledgeable and very sweet. Although her English is excellent, I would recommend that she conduct tours in her mother tongue sine it was very difficult to understand her.

When I do English, I always tell people if they don’t understand a thing or some ideas, please tell me, and I don’t mind, explaining the ideas or speech in another way, no matter how many times I have to say it again.
