The tour was overall fine but in my opinion, lacked some structure to have a clear image of the history and evolution of Arequipa from Inca time to nowadays. We got to see some really nice views but the historical side of the tour was lacking a bit for me. It was the 3rd tour of the day for our guide and he didn't have time to eat before so I can understand that the conditions were not the best for him to give the perfect tour.
