Well spent 2.5 hours! Joan showed us around the historic center of Arequipa and took us to places we would have never found or seen on our own, so many hidden gems in this beautiful city. In addition to that, he gave us excellent recommendations for authentic Peruvian food and sweets, took us to places where we could taste the Arequipan ice cream (queso helado) and the traditional chicha drink, and showed us where to shop for genuine alpaca products and souvenirs. He also guided us to a great spot for that perfect shot with the iconic Misti volcano and the Basilica Cathedral of Arequipa. A highlight was visiting the Mundo Alpaca museum/farm, which was both fun and informative. Thanks, Joan, for the great time and tour! Highly recommended!
