Bruno was easy to understand very friendly and of course very knowledgable.
Everything about the tour was great. Bruno being a local was extremely knowledgeable. A lovely guy, great personality. Would highly recommend Bruno and the walking tour of Berat.

Bruno was definitely a nice guy with a lot of knowledge, sometimes felt even a little too much knowledge that it could be a little tired. The group was too large which impaired the intimacy and flow of the track. I personally at least, expected more walking in the alleys for an authentic experience and less walking and stopping on the touristy main street. Beyond that, it was an overall good experience and Bruno's grace and humor did the job.
