Bruno exceeded all expectations. He led an engaging, information-rich tour with fascinating historical context woven seamlessly throughout the day. After the tour wrapped up, he even connected us with someone who offered us a personal ride to and from the castle — a thoughtful touch we never anticipated. Thanks to Bruno, Berat came alive for us in ways we wouldn’t have discovered on our own.
