Mi chiamo Bem Nguyen e sono la fondatrice di Hue Local Tour. Il rapido sviluppo dell'industria in Vietnam ha avuto un impatto radicale sull'agricoltura e sui villaggi artigianali tradizionali che hanno sostenuto la vita qui per secoli. Hue Local Tour spera di contribuire alla preservazione di questi stili di vita e valori culturali consolidati attraverso tour alla scoperta dei villaggi tradizionali. Hue Local Tour è radicata nella comunità e pertanto, al netto dei costi, i ricavi dei tour vengono devoluti al nostro ente benefico, la Hue Foundation. Basandosi sulle attività di turismo sostenibile di Hue Local Tour, a metà del 2019 Bem ha fondato l'Hue Foundation Charity Fund con l'obiettivo di assistere le famiglie che subiscono le conseguenze delle guerre vietnamite. Volevamo destinare una parte dei fondi dell'ente benefico alla creazione di un fondo di borse di studio per i bambini della nostra comunità con buone capacità accademiche che necessitavano di assistenza finanziaria per frequentare la scuola.
É stato molto divertente e interessante. Si imparano forme di cortesia e semplici modi di dire utili e da poter praticare “sul campo”. Un ottimo modo per entrare ancora di più nel vivo del paese. Consigliato!

It was a lovely session to learn basic yet crucial Vietnamese. Bem was highly responsive and interactive with Vietnamese words and phrases that we wanted to, as well as needed to, know. The environment was cozy for better learning and communicating.
Nice lesson to give you an intro to Vietnamese. I attended by myself and there was one other attendee, so it was good to be able to practice. Before this, I had been trying some words / phrases from my phrasebook without much success. I feel like Bem's lesson was much more helpful than a phrasebook.
If you want to learn the culture trough the language Bem is the perfect teacher. The lesson has been a full immersion in Vietnamese lifestyle and language. I found out a lot of amazing things in a short time! I truly reccomend this experience, speaking with a local person worths more than any tour!
