Khalfan was a great tour guide, super informative, spoke perfect English and was friendly!
Our tour was with Musa as as Khalfan was unable to attend on the very short notice we gave (we only gave a few hours notice). Musa is a really nice young guy and we really enjoyed his company & chatting with him very much but I think he needs to improve his knowledge and English language skills a little bit. But he is very young and he has potential to be a great tour guide with abit more experience (he is still very young so will certainly develop this).
Khalfan was an excellent guide in Zanzibar Town tour. He explained the history in a very interesting and knowledgeable way. The amount of sites included in the tour was incredible. I would highly recommend this guide.
He gave a lot of good information. And it was structured well—things he told us at the start came back to inform what we saw later. Only quibbles are that he was a few minutes late due to traffic (pretty normal in Tanzania) and we didn’t hit all of the sites mentioned in his summary.
