Our transport was delayed and we were not going to make it on time for the start of the tour. We sent a message to the guide expressing our apologies. Alexandra went above and beyond to accommodate us, called us on the phone, sent us her tracking location land we met her at the second point of the tour. She even arranged for a cafe to keep our luggage so we wouldn't have to drag it around. And she was friendly and informative. Definitely recommend!
