I got to Jardin Panuelito at about 1:50, looked for the guide everywhere: at Jardin Panuelito, 5 de Mayo, Constitusion--he was nowhere to be found. I was very disappointed. I haven't received a notice that the tour was cancelled and have no idea what happened.
