The tour was really interesting and entertaining at the same time! Our guide Sami had tons of experience in living abroad in different places and was therefore in a position to comment on the Norwegian way in comparison to other cultures - that made the tour even more insightful and humorous. Totally recommended!
This was a fantastic walking tour. Sammy provided a wealth of information on the history, culture, food and architecture of Bergen and some of his own personal experiences of life in Norway and Bergen in particular. The Bergen city centre is pretty compact but we still covered a fair bit of ground and hit as many of the main highlights that you could expect in a 2 hour tour. Sammy is a great communicator and certainly also delivered on the ‘humour’ part of the tour and provided lots of recommendations on other things to do or places to visit. I’ve done several GuruWalk tours now and this was one of the best. Highly recommended.
