Geordie Genius - Il meglio di Newcastle

Dee was our guide for the day we booked & we were informed of this by John directly at the time of booking. Dee was very informative, friendly & checked we didn't have any walking issues before embarking on our 2 hour tour. We visited some iconic places, starting at the monument of Earl Grey, learning about him & the reason for the monument. We covered Grainger Town why it became duly named. We learnt about the castle & a quaint historical pub (Inn), which we hadn't even noticed on our walks into town, & the indoor market with some excellent stalls some with ancient signage & lighting. I could go on but don't want to spoil the eye opening revelations that Dee or John will introduce you to. It was well worth 2 hours of our time & would highly recommend anyone visiting Newcastle to take this tour as it is very good & so interesting. From the start we were made to feel very welcome & Dee was most professional & enthusiastic throughout. Thank you.

Hemos recorrido lo más significativo de Newcastle y el guía ha sido super atento. Todo muy bien explicado. El inglés se entendía perfectamente, aunque era un Geordy ha hecho lo posible para que el acento fuese inteligible para todos. Super bien!!

A very entertaining & informative walk during which we visited many places we would not have otherwise found. We returned for closer looks where suggested by Zoe. Also happy with her other recommendations for places & restaurants to visit after

Perfect tour😎

Newcastle Svelata: Dai Grandi Edifici al Coniglio Vampiro

Zoe was enthusiastic and engaging during the tour and having a smaller group really helped feel like it was a more personalised experience and that you could ask questions along the way. Her knowledge of Newcastle, the streets and buildings was fantastic and the side streets and random facts helped keep the tour interesting. Zoe made a few recommendations along the way for food and drink, one of which was the Sandhill Arms for pie and mash which is exactly what we had for lunch after the tour and was a firm favourite meal of our time in Newcastle. Worth booking if you’re looking for tour exploring the history of Newcastle in a couple of hours
