Ciao a tutti! Mi chiamo Linxi e vivo a Kunming, nello Yunnan. Amo incontrare e parlare con persone provenienti da diversi paesi e spero di condividere con voi tutte le meraviglie della mia città. Kunming è una città bellissima, ricca di cultura, storia e luoghi speciali che mi piace mostrare. Sono una persona aperta, amichevole e curiosa. Mi piace chiacchierare, conoscere altre culture e aiutare i visitatori a sentirsi a proprio agio, così che possano godersi appieno la loro esperienza. Non vedo l'ora di incontrarvi presto e di avere l'opportunità di guidarvi alla scoperta del meglio di Kunming.
This tour was the first ever tour I booked on GuruWalks and it really surprised me in a positive way. Linxi was so nice and really fun to talk to. It felt like a intimate experience and not like a forced, touristy one like big company's offer sometimes. Thanks to the wonderful impression Linxi made, I will definitely book more tours in other cities too!

I had a wonderful time exploring Kunming with Linxi. Walking tours are my favorite pastime whenever arriving in a new city, and as a first-time traveler to Kunming embarking on a group motorcycle tour across Yunnan, having her as a walking guide to ease me into the city was the perfect start and welcome. I barely noticed the rain! What sets Linxi apart is her extensive local knowledge, her background as a language teacher, and her willingness to share her passions. She speaks excellent English which is clear, humorous, and easy to follow. I almost mistook her for being international. If you are interested in this city, local culture, or want a guide who can actually help you navigate the nuances of Mandarin, she is the perfect choice as she didn't laugh at my clumsy attempts . She is professional, punctual, and knowledgeable about her hometown. She gave me lots of useful tips on where to find local delicacies after the tour, which indicated to me that food is a favorite pastime here leaving me wanting to discover more. If she finds time between teaching and touring, I would like to take her culinary tour with the tasting option to also refine my Mandarin with some new words and phrases. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kunming, especially if you value a guide with an understanding of linguistics & education and a passion for food. Thank you, Linxi!
Me encantó el recorrido, tuve mucho tiempo de poder hablar mucho con linxi y aprender muchas cosas sobre Kunming y China.
Linxi has just started her guiding activity in Kunming and we were so lucky to be her first guests. She took us for a wonderfull tour arround Cui Lake, local Universities and bookshops. We took some coffee and had local food together. She was the first person in China who could tell us a lot of interesting things about the country in English.
