I had a really lovely time on this walking tour with Yuan! She is very knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting facts about Chengdu and Chinese culture in a way that was easy to understand and follow. She was always happy to answer spontaneous questions, and the whole tour felt relaxed and enjoyable. Yuan and her friend were both incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even nicer. A wonderful way to discover Chengdu, definitely worth it and highly recommended! 🤗

Thank you for the lovely evening! It started with great food at a local night market and afterwards we experienced lovely views of the city at night on the bikes. I can highly recommend the tour if you want a break from tourist attractions.

We had a fantastic tour with Siri! As a very small group of just three people, we felt incredibly lucky to have such a personal and authentic experience. Siri showed us a completely different side of China from what we had seen so far, taking us to places where local people go to walk, relax, and enjoy bike rides.One of the highlights was visiting a night market, where we had the opportunity to sample a variety of delicious local foods. The whole experience felt authentic, relaxed, and fun, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of it.If you're considering a tour in Chengdu, don't hesitate to book one with Siri. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about sharing local life and culture. We would highly recommend him!

Siri is an amazing guide! He took us around a truly local, non-touristy area, exactly what we were looking for. We tasted delicious food, learned so much about local life and culture, and had great, friendly conversations. He was incredibly kind, funny, and helpful, with perfect English, going above and beyond to help us rent bikes, collect our luggage, and even find our hotel. The tour was original, interesting, and so much fun. Thank you, Siri, for such a wonderful experience, you are the best! Highly recommended!

Siri seas my guide for this tour, as I was the only person on the tour it felt very personal. The tea ceremony was very interesting aspect of this tour.

I would definitely recommend this tour! YUAN is so passionate about the city, and shared with us a lot of curiosities about the city and the Chinese culture. She was very happy to answer all our questions, and even helped us ordering some food which would match our dietary requirements! Also, she is a wonderful person!

Rose was absolutely exceptional! Given our special circumstances, she kindly delayed our start time when we were running late from the airport. While we understand this might be a one-off exception, we are incredibly grateful to Rose for being so accommodating. She is also highly knowledgeable about her city's colourful history and culture, which made me appreciate Chengdu even more! A wonderful addition to our tour was Kuanzhai Alley, which we thoroughly enjoyed, as well as People's Park and its fascinating matchmaking corner. We were able to squeeze this tour into our 9-hour layover, but we would highly recommend staying longer in the city to appreciate it even more!

Hemos pasado un muy buen rato con Ella y el equipo de cocina. Nos ha gustado mucho ver un mercado local y elegir junto a ella el producto a cocinar. Nos ha puesto en contexto sobre las recetas cocinadas y nos ha compartido info sobre el producto local. Los cocineros nos han ido guiando con la ayuda de Ella, que nos ha ido traduciendo y grabando todo el procedimiento para que no nos perdamos nada. Una experiencia genial, y una comida increible!

If you are coming to Chengdu, booking a tour with Haoqi is an absolute must! From start to finish, she made our day feel less like a rigid guided tour and more like exploring the city with a deeply knowledgeable local friend. We started our tour wandering through a bustling local Chengdu food market. Chengdu’s culinary scene can be a bit intimidating if you don't speak the language or know what to look for, but Haoqi was the perfect host. She introduced us to incredible, authentic street bites—from melt-in-your-mouth (crispy flatbreads filled with local fare of your choosing) and to refreshing local Dragon Boat festival rice desserts—explaining the rich flavors, history, and ingredients behind every single dish. Her passion for Chengdu’s food culture is contagious, and she made sure to tailor the tasting to our comfort levels while still encouraging us to try amazing new flavors. After filling our bellies, we moved on to a quiet, breathtaking historic temple. Haoqi brought the history, culture, and architecture to life with captivating stories and rich context that you simply can't get from a guidebook. Walking through the serene temple grounds while listening to her explanations gave us a much deeper appreciation for Chengdu’s soul and heritage. Haoqi is exceptionally warm, fluent in English, wildly informative, and attentive to every detail. If you want to go beyond the typical tourist traps, eat the best local food, and truly understand the history and heart of Chengdu, **do not hesitate to book a tour with Haoqi!** It was easily the highlight of my trip with Haoqi, and I will be recommending her to everyone I know!

Yuan was fantastic, we had a lot of fun exploring the city centre and along the river. She was attentive, helpful and very approachable. Also very knowledgeable about the city. The pace of the tour was just about right. A very lovely evening indeed. Highly recommended.
