Theodore was fun with his charming personality and British humor. It was a fun couple of hours.
Theo is a very funny tourguide with a lot of knowledge about London. He also gave other recommendations and made a lot of nice photos for/of us :) We enjoyed the tour very much and would totally recommend it!

I was 4 minutes late to the tour due to the tube strikes in London. I really tried my best to avoid this situation, but it’s difficult to be perfectly on time in a new city under such circumstances. When I spotted a man with a black umbrella, I approached him and asked if this was the GuruWalk free walking tour. His response was, “There are many GuruWalk free walking tours here,” without making any effort to clarify whether I was in the right group. When I asked if his name was Theodore, he confirmed, turned his back, and just walked away. I then asked where the nearest place was to leave my bike (since there were no free taxis, buses would have taken too long, and the metro was on strike). His reply was simply, “I don’t know man, I have to work, find it yourself.” I completely understand that being late is my responsibility, but I find it unacceptable to show no understanding for extraordinary situations like transport strikes, and even more so to behave in such an unhelpful and dismissive manner toward someone who booked the service. Apart from this, the actual content of the tour itself was fine.
