Rude, rude, rude and one more time rude... The guru texted us at 10:58 am asking if we need help or if we are lost or something.... In the text he said he can help us until 11:00 am and then he will not be active any more... So 2 minutes window he gave us... I texted him that we will arrive in 5 minutes, we were late because of First world war memorial... We arrived at 11:03 am, he said to us that we are very late for thr check in and that next time we should be on time... We started the tour and he said, I quote "You will not be able to hear everything because we started late thanks to some people that were late" We were late 3 min in London on memorial day and he was not waitring at the arch like it was said.... After that he was rude to girls from Portugal after he gave us time to take photos and after 1 min lost his patient.... All the time he made hate comments about King (I don't like them too, but time and place)... At the middle of the tour he called us again for being on the phone... He was boring and rude and I am here with my own will so I don't see the need to behave like we are some students.... We left after that rude comment... I did more then 30 tours around the world, never have I ever seen someone so rude and full of him self... Shame :( Stay away from him, he looked also a little bit under the influence of something and the rest of the group was also surprised with his attitude... Hope you will not ruin your London experience with James like we did.
