The guide didn’t show up at the meetup site so after waiting for 10 minutes and messaging the guide via the site, left and did our own walking tour around the area.
Excellent tour. Phil was extremely knowledgeable about civil rights, MLK, and Atlanta history. Although we thought we would be on time, heavy traffic caused us to be late. He waited for our arrival and started the tour. Everyone should take this tour!
Phil is a very fun and professional guide! He gave an informative and enlightening tour of MLK neighborhood in Atlanta. We highly recommend him as a guide and that particular tour!
This is a very worthwhile tour. My husband and I have lived here for 25 years and never toured this part of town. It’s very informational. It’s very emotional and it’s full of history that we all should see and hear. If you’re visiting the United States or are from another state visiting Atlanta, do take this tour. Phil, our guide, does a great job.
