Sono Samir Mhella come guida turistica dopo aver avuto esperienze nel turismo 20 anni fa. So che non sto vendendo solo le immagini e i suoni di un luogo, stai vendendo l'intero pacchetto. Ciò include una conoscenza approfondita dell'area che la maggior parte semplicemente non possiede. Naturalmente mi aspettavo di conservare una grande quantità di informazioni e di poterle ricordare con assoluta facilità. Alla fine, dovresti essere in grado di conoscere la tua sceneggiatura così bene da farla scorrere in modo naturale, come se un amico raccontasse una storia a un altro, piuttosto che come qualcuno che lavora su una sceneggiatura. Questo è il tipo di talento che si ottiene solo con una memoria fantastica.
Samir was kind and professional. I especially loved all the information he shared because they were replying to all my questions without asking! I really enjoyed how open, honest, passionate and knowledgeable he is. It made me feel so comfortable all the time. The small details of information he delivered make the difference: we were all astonished during the entire tour - it was super interesting! Absolutely outstanding experience in Fez with Mr. Samir! He was incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and made the souk come alive with fascinating stories and local insights. He took us to a wonderful restaurant and guided us through the tannery, explaining everything clearly and thoughtfully. Truly one of the highlights of our trip—Mr. Samir is exceptional and highly, highly recommended!

Samir è davvero molto preparato e ci ha raccontato molto aneddoti interessanti e utili a capire la città e la cultura locale. Le prima metà della visita è stata davvero eccellente. La seconda metà si ha accompagnato in realtà commerciali della zona, sicuramente interessanti con le loro spiegazioni, ma meno interessanti per chi vuole vedere la città e non fare acquisti.
