I am Samir Mhella as a tour guide after having experiences in tourism 20 years ago. I know I'm not just selling the sights and sounds of a place, you're selling the entire package. That includes extensive knowledge about the area that most simply don't have. Naturally, I expected to retain a large amount of information and be able to recall it with absolute ease. Ultimately, you should be able to know your script so well that it flows naturally, like one friend telling a story to another, rather than someone working on a script.
