Best tour we’ve done in Central and South America. Hector is so friendly, knowledgeable and open. We were taken through the market to try an array of new and traditional foods and drinks. I can’t recommend this enough if you want a slice of authentic El Salvador!
3 of us did this walking tour with Hector. It was fantastic, he is very flexible and when we met asked us what we wanted. He did mix of historical context, his experience and life in El Salvador, more recent events and the gangs. A real highlight was guiding us through the market to try a range of foods and drinks. He’s fun, engaging and easy to get on with! Highly recommend. The start location was near the pin by the light Green building on parque Libertad
This guide is fantastic. He gave us a great combination of history, culture, food, coffee and everything else. The best guide to the city you could ask for. Strongly recommend Hector, don’t mind the cancellation risk.
